My background is in psychology (BA Hons, plus an MSc). I qualified as a hypnotherapist two years ago and have been successfully practising since then. I am also in the final stages of my three-year diploma in psychotherapy and counselling (level 5). I am a member of both the National Hypnotherapy Society and the National Counselling Society and am bound by their code of ethics.
I am based in Kings Langley in Hertfordshire. My particular specialisms are smoking cessation, the hypnotic gastric band and anxiety-related phobias and fears.
